Questions from institutions
- Does AskFlow replace our student services team?
- No. AskFlow handles repetitive, factual questions using your public instructions. Complex, personal or sensitive cases are still directed to humans โ usually with clearer context attached.
- Where does the assistant get its answers from?
- It searches in embeddings built from your official website and documentation. The assistant is instructed to only use that context and to say โI donโt knowโ when content is missing.
- Can we start small and expand later?
- Yes. Many institutions begin with one department or a single use case (e.g. admissions) and then roll out across the whole institution once staff and students are comfortable.
